Des joined Slate in 2022 focusing on capital markets and trading for Slate Real Estate Capital (“SREC”).

Prior to joining Slate, Des held various roles at Wells Fargo with extensive experience in commercial real estate (“CRE”) finance, securitization, and structured product trading / asset management per a credit-driven $90B CMBS/CRE Debt, SFR, SLAB and CLO portfolio.  Prior to Wells Fargo, Des held various CRE Development positions and worked for the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations committee.

Des graduated with Honors from Denison University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
