Allen joined Slate in 2013. He is responsible for the asset management of Slate Grocery REIT and Slate’s investment strategy focused on essential real estate assets in North America, including the oversight of leasing and property management functions, preparing annual operating budgets and overall property development including value-add projects.

Prior to Slate, Allen spent 6 years with a U.S. based real estate investment firm.

He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Valdosta State University.
