Braden joined Slate in 2019. He is responsible for the asset management of Slate Grocery REIT and Slate’s investment strategy focused on essential real estate assets in North America, including managing relationships with joint-venture partners, supervision of third party property management and leasing professionals, preparation of annual operating budgets, and approval and execution of capital spending and leasing programs. He previously managed investor relations for both of Slate’s publicly-listed REITs.

Prior to joining Slate, Braden was on the real estate investment banking team at Scotiabank.

He holds an Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
