Brandon Donnelly is Managing Director, Development, at Slate Asset Management. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the firm’s development efforts, including site acquisitions, entitlements, marketing, and construction. Brandon joined Slate in 2016.

Brandon has over 15 years of real estate experience and is known for his creative, design-forward, and detailed-oriented approach to development. Recent projects that he has led include Junction House and the Studio Gang-designed One Delisle tower in midtown Toronto.

Prior to joining Slate, Brandon was the development lead at CAPREIT. He also held development positions at TAS and Morguard Investments Limited.

Brandon holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Fine Art History from the University of Toronto; a Master of Architecture and Certificate of Real Estate Development from the University of Pennsylvania; and a Masters in Business Administration focused on innovation and entrepreneurship from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
