Kevin joined Slate in 2024. He is responsible for assisting in the asset management of Slate Grocery REIT and Slate’s investment strategy focused on essential real estate assets in North America, including supervision of third-party property management and leasing professionals, preparation of annual operating budgets and approval and execution of capital spending and leasing programs.

Prior to joining Slate, Kevin was on the real estate asset management team at Mid-America Asset Management.

Kevin holds a Business Administration degree from DePaul University.
