Matt started working with Slate in 2017 providing software updates and advice on technology solutions for web applications. Matt has since worked on expanding Slate’s technology base to include Data Science and Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation and other data capture and exploitation tools.

As Chief Technology Officer, Matt’s main focus is continuing to advance Slate’s position as a leading, technology driven real estate platform by using existing, emerging and bespoke software solutions to provide a cohesive and cutting edge technology strategy across the business.

He has over 15 years experience developing and managing software applications, previously working at United Technologies in the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Space division. There he built secure applications for gathering and distributing intelligence across multiple platforms and around the globe.

Matt holds a Masters in Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath.
