Matthew joined Presima in 2021. He serves as a Europe specialist on the investment team. He is responsible for analytical tool development, financial modeling, property-level underwriting, management underwriting, and macroeconomic analysis.

He has 5 years of previous experience as a financial analyst on the sell-side having worked for ATB Capital Markets and CIBC in Toronto.

Matthew has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in London and studied at Providence College in Rhode Island.
