Payton joined Slate in 2023. She assists with the financial analysis and reporting for Slate Grocery REIT. She is a part of Slate’s two-year Analyst rotation program and supports all aspects of Slate’s business over the course of her rotation.

Prior to joining the team full-time, she interned on various teams including SCREO, SOT, and SREC at Slate Asset Management and interned at Deloitte within the audit department.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.
