Sherry joined Presima in 2018 and joined the investment team in 2021. She serves as an Asia-Pacific specialist on the investment team. She is responsible for analytical tool development, financial modelling, property-level underwriting, management underwriting, and macroeconomic analysis.

She joined the financial industry in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience through an internship at a boutique Hedge Fund.

Sherry holds an MBA in Investment Management from Concordia University and a Bachelor of International Economics and Trade degree from Henan Agriculture University, and she is a CFA® charter holder.
